Our "Unconditional Guarantee" is not for Life. Our "Unconditional Guarantee" covers an item for any type of quality or workmanship defects. No time limitation is stated; however, normal use will eventually cause a collar or lead to wear-out. (Normal wear is not covered)

Drinkwell® Fountains and products.

Warranty:

Motor, Fountain Parts and/or Additional Capacity Reservoir:
The motor assembly and fountain parts and/or additional capacity reservoir parts are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. If defective, return DEFECTIVE PARTS ONLY with proof of purchase plus $3.00 shipping and handling to:

This warranty does not cover damage from accident, misuse or abuse. It also specifically excludes incidental or consequential damages as allowed by law. LOSS OF FUNCTION AS A RESULT OF LACK OF CLEANING, DEBRIS OR MINERALIZATION FROM "HARD" WATER DOES NOT QUALIFY under this warranty. (Refer to cleaning instructions and environmental notes).

ERGO®

LIMITED WARRANTY

Ergo Systems Inc. will warranty this product to be free from manufacturing defects, including workmanship, when assembled and operated according to operating instructions enclosed with this product, for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of original purchase. This warranty is nontransferable and applies solely to the original purchaser and does not extend to subsequent owners of this product.

Repair service for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of original purchase at no charge for parts and labor with proof of purchase.
Replacement of defective parts for a period of 12 months from the date of original purchase with proof of purchase. (Labor not included after initial ninety (90) days.)
This warranty does not cover cost incurred in the shipping of the product to and from Ergo Systems Inc. for service. Shipping to Ergo Systems Inc. must be prepaid and insured by UPS or other parcel delivery services.

THIS WARRANTY IS VOID IF THE PRODUCT IS:

Damaged due to negligence, abuse, misuse, accident, modification, tampering, alteration, faulty installation and/or acts of God. Used for commercial applications or rentals. Modified or repaired by anyone other than Ergo Systems Inc.

THE EXTENT OF ERGO SYSTEMS INC. UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF ERGO SYSTEMS INC. IN NO EVENT SHALL ERGO SYSTEMS INC. LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY THE PURCHASER. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL ERGO SYSTEMS INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, FORESEEN, UNFORESEEN, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT. THIS WARRANTY IS VALID ONLY IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, CANADA AND PUERTORICO.

Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you are not completely satisfied with any S&M NuTec product, return the unused product to the place of purchase along with a cash register receipt and a statement of why you are not satisfied. Your full purchase price will be refunded. If you are satisfied, tell your friends.

PetSafe® Lifetime Warranty:

The manufacturer of PetSafe products, Radio Systems Corp., provides a Lifetime Warranty on all parts and a one year warranty on labor. Below is the exact warranty information provided by the manufacturer:
PetSafe® has a Lifetime Warranty on parts and one year on labor. PetSafe® guarantees all parts of this product for life against manufacturing or parts defects. Misuse or incorrect handling is not covered. If your unit cannot be repaired, PetSafe® may replace it with new or reconditioned merchandise. PetSafe® will not pay for loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of your product, or its failure to work, or any incidental or consequential damages.

There is a nominal labor charge for out of warranty products but all parts are free during the warranty period. If you have had your system for more than one year, call customer service at 1-800-732-2677 to determine the labor charge.

Petsafe® Dog Door Products

Product Warranty:

All parts, excluding vinyl flaps, are covered under warranty, and labor is covered for the first year of ownership. Thereafter, there is a minimum service charge for the repair or replacement of the product. Vinyl flaps are warranted for one (1) year. Misuse, loss, improper handling, commercial use, and dirty or worn parts are not covered. Radio Systems will not pay for loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of your product, or any incidental or consequential damages.

If you need service, please contact the Customer Care Center at 800-732-2677 for help in troubleshooting, and if necessary, to arrange a repair for your product (a service charge may apply).

PetStairz®

Return Policy:

Please note that our return policy is as follows. No product is to be returned without prior authorization. Return policy states that returns are for 30 days for "Defective Products Only".

Caution:
Once a product is utilized we cannot accept it back. Once a pets scent is on the stairs the merchandise in not resalable and must be scrapped. Please make sure to measure your placement area and be prepared to spend some time with your animal for training purposes. Your pet is only as trainable as your patience level.

Not recommend for puppies and kittens that chew or aggressive dogs and cats. Petstairz are engineered to hold pets safely and securely under normal use for many years of service. Used properly petstairz are an invaluable tool for health and safety training. Please observe the following cautions and guidelines.

Do not allow children to play on the stairs.
Not recommended for pets exceeding 100 pounds.
Please take into consideration your pets health condition when ordering this product.
Freight reimbursement will only be allowed with defective product replacement.
Minor imperfections in Foam or Fabric are not constituted as defective.

PetSTEP® ramps:

One Year Limited Warranty:
PetStep guarantees to repair or replace any item found to be defective in material, construction, or workmanship under normal use and following care instructions. This excludes damage from misuse or abuse. Minor imperfections and slight color variations are normal.

Should your PetSTEP product require repair or replacement, please bring it to the retail establishment where purchased along with the receipt or contact your retailer's customer service number or contact our customer service department at 1-877-PetSTEP for return procedures and a return authorization number. If PetSTEP confirms the defect and approves the claim, PetSTEP will elect to repair or replace the item without charge.

SportDOG Brand® Product Warranty Information:

Please register your product in the database by mailing in the registration card.

All parts are covered under warranty for the life of the product. Labor is covered for the first year of ownership. Thereafter, there is a minimum service charge for the repair or replacement of the product. Misuse, loss, damage by pet, or improper handling is not covered, SportDOG™ will not pay for loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of your product, or any incidental or consequential damages. Warranty voided if product is resold or purchased from an online auction site.

Solvit®

Warranty: The Ramps and Stairs are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase.

Staywell®

Staywell 3 Year Guarantee:
Guarantee covers the replacement of parts or at the company's discretion the replacement of complete product. Guarantee only covers manufacturing defects and does not cover consumer misuse or damage.

In the event that a Guarantee claim is necessary contact our Consumer Service Team at consumer@reilor.com for our UK office, if you live in Europe or the Rest of the World, and usconsumer@reilor.com if you live in USA, Canada or Mexico. Please note that we will require a proof of purchase, such as a dated receipt.

To register for Staywell's 3 Year Guarantee please either complete online using the "Register Your Guarantee" button on any Staywell page of the Web site or alternatively please complete and return the form enclosed with your product. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Failure to register your guarantee will invalidate the Staywell guarantee and only your statutory rights will be applicable.
