10/17/09: Satisfied with the merchandise I got, and satisified with the merchant. Would use them again if they had best price. Customer Support was acceptable. They didn't have my item in stock (I wouldn't have ordered from them had I known that). Despite that, they gave me a chance to cancel order, and I told them in my response to send the item as soon as they got it in stock. Rather than immediately send it when they got it in stock, they sent me another email asking if I still wanted it. This caused a 24 hour additional delay in me getting my merchandise. However, no big deal. They gave me fair price, and quality merchandise, and they responded with a human when things didn't go quite right. I'm satisfied.

10/5/09: Shipping was delayed, but when i called, they explained they were experiencing flooding. They were very apologetic and i was sympathetic to their situation. Everything was great. Thanks guys!

8/1/09: Some little problem with their payment system kicked my order into hold status but they called me right away and the order was shipped immediately. Product arrive earlier than expected and in great shape. I set up the product the next day and we are still in training but it's already working wonders. I had one small problem with a piece that was lost after setup but one email and all is well. I'm already looking to buy other products from this merchant. They have great prices and I like that they respond promptly to questions or concerns.

7/26/09: I purchased a LeBistro Electronic Feeder, the price looked good compared with other online stores, payment went through without a problem.

- A sales rep contacted me regarding my order the next day after my pruchase so i thought there was a problem but as soon as i asked they replied back saying everything was good so they updated my order. All communication was through email which i conseder the most suitable way to comunicate since i spend most of the day at work.

- Delivery was on time by the carrier, and the product was all i was expecting.

7/22/09: I can't say enough good things about this store. I bought vitamins for cats and the price was the best that I could find. Delivery was prompt and the packaging was like it was just wrapped. I have gotten packages before which looked like they been around the world a couple of times. This was not the case. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again and would highly recommend them if you need any of their products.

7/10/09: Shipped fast, price reasonable, order was correct, unlike PetSmart, which refused to stop shipment, sent wrong product and item must be returned to one of their stores. A 45 mile trip for me.

4/25/09: Purchased Littermaid Mega (LM900). First one arrived, but did not function even though shipping material and unit looked fine. Customer service responded promptly to email and delivered another unit with an R/S Label for the first unit (1 week from first to second). Second unit works and we are happy with the customer service response to remedy the issue.

4/8/09: I have an Akita, almost 120 pounds. With the fear of the collar being to small,or not strong enough, the has worked just the opposite. Out of the 9 level settings, I have only reached 4. My only complaint is I wish the battery on the collar lasted longer.

4/7/09: I ordered the Petsafe Cat Collar replacement batteries and I'm completely satisfied with the product as it keeps my cat safely in my yard when installed in the Petsafe Cat Collar with Petsafe fence. I am a repeat customer. ThePetStoreOnline is an easy to use website and is secure. The batteries were shipped and delivered on time. And it was convenient.

I bought soft mats for my dogs to lay on and a thermal blanket for a dog im taking care if, a neighbor on my block is one of those people who keeps their dog on a leash in all weather and I feed him and try to keep him safe and warm. 2/20/09: The people at The Pet Store Online are always very helpful and don't hesitate to call if something goes amiss. Extreamely helpful whether you are purchasing a small or large amount.

Only set back is not with the merchant but with the review from yahoo. when you click on the link you get a page that says the document has mover here and you have to be redirected. Some folks won't use a redirect so comeon YAHOO, do the merchant a favor and get it straight.

2/20/09: Excellent product, at a better price than available elsewhere, and shipped out quickly. They even threw in a couple packages of extra batteries, a nice surprise. Will definitely be doing business with this company again in the future.

12/21/08: I ordered replacement flaps for a Petsafe doggie door. The description on the website was accurate and the flaps fit perfectly. The purchase was uneventful, which is good. I received the product within 2 or 3 days of ordering with standard shipping.

12/16/08: I ordered a dog bed at this site and while it wasn't quite the correct size for my dag, (my error) it was very easy to return it. The customer service rep was very helpful in guiding me to the return instructions, and my overall experience with this vendor was Excellent.

The only downside is that the food storage container is made of less sturdy plastic than the previous version.

10/18/08: I emailed cust. ser. to ask for help looking for a shock collar for my stubborn lab. The were wonderful. They recommended 2 that were exactly what I was looking for and saved me the hassle of endless hours looking. I bought the SportDOG Wetland Hunter 400. My dog can swim all day and it still works. It also has all the power I need for my lab. We wore out the last collar because it wasnt' strong enough for him. I'm only using #2 and I have his undivided attention. It's a great product and I now have the security knowing my dog is with me at all time and listening. No more chasing neighbors, dogs, cats, and constant barking. I had results after the 1st day. Great product and great price compared to what is out there. I recommend to anyone with stubborn pets. It's a life saver.

10/12/08: I was very satisfied with our purchase. The item was not available right away but the store called me and asked that I call them back. This is when they told me it would be a few extra days instead of immediately delivery.

That was nice but it would be okay if they would of left a message indicating the status of the order and of course leave there contact information if I needed or wanted to call them back.

The item works as we expected and we are pleased with it.

10/08/08: I purchased the Petsafe Outdoor Bark Control Birdhouse and found that it didn't work on my neighbor's dogs. The dogs was barking right in front of me on the other side of our wooden fence. I held the device between the slates of the fence so there were no obstacles in the way of the noise. The noise didn't even affect the Yorky's. The Yorky's kept pacing and barking in front of the device. However, my own dog, who is familiar with a bark collar, was affected my the device.

7/12/08: I purched a SportDog Shock Collar for my German Shepard. He was chasing cars up and down the road. This collar is a great item, after a couple of shocks he responds to the alert button now, I may have to give him a gentle shock if he starts toward the road but other than that, he's a changed dog.

I would recommend this product for any dog owner whos dog is just not responding the way an owner would like.

5/27/08: I purchased the petsafe e-collar for large dogs. I have a 3 yr. old lab who goes crazy for cars and trucks. He's on a 60 ft. cable and trying to calm was impossible if not dangerous. The collar has changed him completely. I used the stimulation first to get his attention. Now when I see he's on guard I just use the tone. Amazing. This is my baby and I have tried everything to divert his attention away from passing cars. It's been great walking him now too using the tone button. Tried the stimulation on myself first to make sure I wasn't causing him pain. Love it, I look forward to many years with him now. Thank you.

But they had the best prices for the Fool-A-Bug bowls, and the sizes that I wanted, so I decided to give them a try. 5/2/08: I ordered the x-large Petsafe dog door and two SolvIt dog covers for our vehicles. Both items arrived quickly (in just a few days), both were exactly what was advertised and both were the best price I found anywhere!!!!

Installation for the dog door was a snap and my dogs are enjoying the freedom to come and go as they please! (in a fenced-in back yard, of course).

The covers are great-they only take a minute to install/take out, are waterproof, and best of all-washable!!! The material is non-slip and soft. The cover stays in place and the back seat is protected from puppy paws and hair! Why didn't I get these things sooner????

Customer Service was very helpful and answered all my questions. Thank you for offering great products at a great price!

4/22/08: Thank you very much. I installed the in wall dog door myself.I am an old carpenter. Followed your suggested heighth off the floor with the dogs heighth. Worked out perfect. In centering the opening ( r.o.) between the studs, I was able to fill in the 2 sides and the botton with 2 x 4 and therefore could use 8 screws into my backing. Much better than trying to use toggle bolts you sent. bf

3/27/08: I am amazed. I have went through 3 previous bark collars and each time our Beagle would wear them out within days. We were spending a small fortune in trying to keep batteries in them. Once I bought this device and hung it on the fence, within 1 day it stopped all barking from our Beagle. It is great. The neighbors are impressed as well. We've had it two weeks now and have not had to change the battery yet. Our dog just doesn't bark outside anymore.

My item was delivered a bit earlier than I expected, and in perfect condition. I am extremely satisfied with the shopping experience and in the product. The only drawback for me was that I thought the shipping costs were too high. Other than that, I would definitely buy from ThePetStoreOnline again, and would recommend it to others.

9/30/07: Ordering was fast and easy. I liked having all the address and credit card information requested on the same web page. It made ordering so much faster and easier. The prices were the best I have seen. And, free shipping on orders over $75! Plus, no sales tax. 9/10/07: I found the best price for a Drinkwell Pet Fountain from ThePetStoreOnline and ordered it (with free shipping by ordering a few filters as well). It came much more quickly than I had expected and, although we had to call Veterinary Ventures and get a new container for water --not ThePetStoreOnlines problem but one with the manufacturing of the Platinum Drinkwell Fountain-- it was so nice to have everything go easily and delivery be so quick. 4/19/07: This company provided a price that easily beat all of the competition on a through the wall pet door. Delivery was prompt with no problems. The door itself is of mid-range quality and is relatively easy to install (some cutting, but instructions are quite good with an enclosed template for accuracy).

4/19/07: I wasnt sure with the customer service question, as I never called. Ease of purchase was incredible, I never had to look hard, just type in what I needed with the search button and the item I needed appeared, purchasing was easy too, Though, the price was a little higher than I wanted it to be, but shipping was faster than I had expected (that made up for the higher price). Most other sites took anywhere from 5-7 business days. I ordered the electronic dog collar from ThePetStoreOnline and within no more than two days, the package was waiting by my front door. 3/13/2007: I was searching for a Drinkwell Platinum Pet Fountain and found ThePetStoreOnline to have the lowest price even with shipping included. The website was very user friendly and ordering was extremely easy. The day after my order was placed I received a phone call stating that the product was back ordered. Of course I chose to wait. A week later I called to find out the status of my order and was greeted with an exceptionally helpful customer service representative. 2/26/07: I tried these guys because my previous source was not very helpful and wanted a fortune for shipping. ThePetStoreOnline had the product I wanted at an excellent price with excellent shipping costs. It was easy to order and check the status, and it came very quickly. Although my order didnt get sent exactly as I asked for it, a quick email was all it took to fix it. They called, were friendly, and confirmed the issue, and gave me reasonable options. 12/15/2006: I have made numerous attempts to train my dog to stop digging, jumping, and running through my house. The shock collar for stubborn dogs has made a dramatic change.
