Wring out the excess water and slide your dog's head through the neck hole. The buckles are adjustable for a comfort fit. Depending on the temperature, humidity and activity level of your dog, this dog cooling vest can go up to 2 hours before needing to be re-soaked. The Swamp Cooler is constructed of a lightweight material and comes in ice blue. The light colored fabric reflects the sunlight and UV rays for added sun protection.
