The Ruff Wear Palisades Backpack is designed for the rugged conditions of a multi-day wilderness adventure. Outfitted with 2 large saddle bags, this Backpack is large enough to carry your pet's entire trip essentials including food, water, treats, toys and first aid. The saddle bags are connected to the web master dog harness by 4 adjustable clips. The Web Master allows you to adjust this harness so your dog won't escape the harness or lose the backpack on the trails. The web master has fleece-lined, foam-padded straps for comfortable use over extend periods of time. An assistance strap lets you help your dog up and over difficult obstacles or out of harm's way. Each saddlebag contains a 1 liter water bladder in its own compartment. These saddlebags have a load compression strap that keeps less than filled packs close to your dog's body. Waterproof zippers help keep liquids out while keeping the items in your pack dry. The 3M™ Scotchlite™ reflective trim allows your pet to be visible in low light and nighttime hours. This medium pack is suitable for dogs with girths of 26" - 36". If your pet falls in-between this size and another size, choose the smaller pack for less bulk.
