The MannersMinder from Premier is a perfect way to get the behavior you desire from your dog at home or during competition.

Scolding your dog for bad behavior can leave your dog scared or angry because you have yelled or hit him. This negative reinforcement may get the desired behavior, but your dog will be afraid of you, for you have taught him sometimes you're nice and sometimes you're not. The MannersMinder teaches you how to positively reinforce the behaviors you want from your dog. This remote-controlled reward system allows you to remotely praise your dog when he listens or responds to your request with treats.

With the MannersMinder, you can teach your dog, young or old, not to bark at a knock at the door, jump on guests or beg at the dinner table. In fact, you can instruct your dog whenever there is a visitor at your door, to go to a specific place and lay down. You can train your dog that when he wants something, to say please by sitting patiently. This system can also be used to train behaviors from down/stay and come when called to agility skills like contacts, place and go-outs.
