The 60" x 12" Sofa size PetSafe ScatMat is your answer. This mat is quick to set-up and easy to use. Simply put a 9-volt battery (not included) in to the battery pack, attach the pack to the mat and turn it on. Whenever your pet jumps up on the ScatMat, he will receive a static correction, reminding him this is a prohibited area. The correction will not harm your pet and is comparative to static build-up when you shuffle your feet on carpet. After a few times your pet will affiliate the negative correction with the action and stop the behavior. An activity indicator shows you how many times your pet has activated the ScatMat.
