The PetSafe Large ScatMat Extension connects with the 48" x 20" Large ScatMat to double the area you want to protect. Use the ScatMat to teach your pet to keep off of furniture, counters and out of off-limit rooms. All you have to do is place the mat with the extension on or near the area you want your pet to avoid and turn it on. When your pet walks onto the mat he will receive a harmless 3-second static correction to remind him that the area is prohibited. With three intensity levels, the ScatMat is ideal for cats and dogs of all sizes.

Note: The extension mat does not come with a power pack and must be connected to an original ScatMat to act as a pet deterrent.
