The PetSafe Pawz Away Outdoor Pet Barrier can blend inconspicuously with your landscape...as a rock! This "Rock" can be used as a wireless outdoor boundary, creating a round barrier up to 16 feet in diameter to protect plants and flowerbeds, trashcans, and other prohibited areas. You can also choose to custom design a wired border, using up to 150 feet of boundary wire, to create a larger protected area.

The receiver collar is lightweight and waterproof. It has Tone and Progressive Static Correction. The waterproof transmitter (the "Rock") sends out a radio signal through the wire. When the receiver picks up the signal, it delivers a simultaneous tone and static correction to your pet. The correction begins at a level 1 and within 3 seconds increases in intensity to level 8 or until your pet backs away from the boundary area. If your pet returns, the correction will begin again at the lowest level. This Progressive Static Correction will not harm your pet, but will startle him. Soon he will relate the unpleasant feeling with the forbidden area.

This Outdoor Pet Barrier comes with one collar. For additional pets, please purchase the Innotek Extra ZONES Dog Receiver Collar [ZND-1025]. This system can be used on an unlimited number of pets.

Please Note: This system requires 4 Alkaline "D" batteries (not included) and 150 feet of wire for the Wire Option (not included).
