PetSafe's Stubborn Dog In-Ground Fence is a perfect containment system for the strong-willed dog. The vibrating receiver works well on large breeds, such as Akitas, Chows, Huskies, Labs and German Shepherds. With 500 feet of professional grade, heavy-duty wire and 50 boundary flags, this system can cover up to 1/3 acre of land. The coverage area can expand to 20 acres with additional wire and flags. It features five levels of correction and comes with an adjustable collar, specifically designed for hard to train dogs over 30 pounds. The Stubborn Dog receiver works with all PetSafe®, Radio Fence® and Pet Guardian® Systems but does not work with Instant Fence®.

• Adjustable 5 Levels of Correction designed for Stubborn Dogs: With a simple push of a button on the collar you can raise or lower the correction.
• A True Warning: If your dog gets too close to his boundary a 3 second audible warning and vibration are given before the correction. "Vibration" is a is a big help when dealing with a stubborn dog. The warning allows your pet to choose good behavior and back up before the correction.
• Vibration is part of every correction level.
• Expandable for more than one dog with separately purchased extra receivers. Each dog can be set at a different level based on its needs.
• Runthrough Preventer: If your dog jumps at the boundary, and goes in further than one foot, an immediate correction will be given without warning.
• Rising Correction: If your dog continues further into the boundary the correction will become stronger.
• Waterproof
• Low Battery Indicator: Lets you know when to change the battery.
• Safety Shut-Off: If your dog gets stuck in the field, the collar will cut off after 20 seconds and re-set only after it has been removed from the signal field.
• ASICS Technology: Exclusive to Petsafe, the ASICS chip has 3000 filters on it to prevent interference from Cell Phones, Televisions, Garage Door Openers, Cordless Phones, and other electronic signals, and uses a Digital Signal.

Product works great!, for a while. I have replaced transmitter twice. Not quite one year of service until it stopped working.
