Receiver Requires 9-volt battery (not included) and works with all PetSafe®, Radio Fence®, and Pet Guardian® Systems. Does not work with Instant Fence®.

If your dog is over 30 pounds and is stubborn or hard to train you may need the Stubborn Dog Receiver. A small percentage of dogs require this receiver. The following breeds may need the Stubborn Dog Receiver more than other breeds: Labs, German Shepherds, Chows, Huskies, Akitas.

The system is capable of covering 20 acres with additional wire and flags. The transmitter has a good loop indicator light, a power on indicator light, and an audio wire break alarm.
