Petmate Le Bistro Electronic Portion Control Feeder allows you to automatically feed your pet up to 3 times a day even when you are not home. This Le Bistro Feeder holds up to 5 lbs. of dry cat or dog food and can dispense as little as 1/4 cup to 2 cups of food into the low-profile removable bowl. Setting the Electronic Portion Control Feeder is as effortless as setting an alarm clock. Simply turn the unit on, set the current time, the desired meal times and the portions for each individual meal. Lock the hopper in place and fill it with your pet's favorite food. Monitoring food levels is easy with the clear food hopper. The Electronic Portion Control Feeder can handle dry food up to 3/4" in diameter. Moist foods are not recommended for use in this machine. A low battery indicator lets you know when it is time to change the batteries. This takes 3 alkaline "D" size batteries (not included).
