"These rugged first aid kits were inspired by my golden retriever, Ryan. He is my hunting partner, frisbee retriever and running partner. Years ago, Ryan cut a deep gash in his paw. I bandaged him as best as I could, and drove him to the veterinarian. Following treatment, I asked the vet where I could get a first aid kit for Ryan. To my surprise I found there weren't any adequate kits available. We created Sporting Dog® kits for those of us who care about the well-being of our active and athletic dogs. They're intended for use in the fields and streams where immediate first aid is often not available. The Bow Ow® and Me Ow® kits are for dogs and cats who are simply our best friends, so no pet owner needs to experience the panic of not knowing what to do or not having the right supplies."
