I love this fence it worked wonders on my very stubborn yellow lab. He will not even think about going near the edges. My only complaint and this is why I only give it 4 stars is that the collar does not last very long. The knobs come loose holding the receiving box on and then the collar itself falls apart, it needs to be a little sturdier. Other than that this fence works!

great product,did the trick. I wish the directions were a little more clear on the adjustment process. The two dogs have not escaped since.

Amazing! Put on my great Pyrenees puppy at 3 months ...just a few shocks and he was trained. Love the warning vibrator ..helped avoid shocks later as he learned his boundaries. He's 7 months old now and about 100 lbs and he stops 10 ft from boundary. Neighbor dogs come over to play but he never even tries to cross into their yards. We have almost 2 acres fenced and we live by a busy highway. Some say To wait til their older to train. But 3 months worked great for my Pyrenees. Thanks Petsafe. Its so nice to be able to enjoy your dog rather than worrying.

Works great! My Golden Retriever learned he could take the hit from the regular shock coller, but the super shocker keeps him in the yard no matter how appealing something outside the boundary.

It only took one time of my Dalmatian getting warned, and she would not go near the boarders. I took the collar off her after two days and she has never crossed our borders again. GREAT system

Used the stubborn dog collar to train my two very independant and strong willed pit bulls. With a few days of work from me working with them, coupled with a level 5 zap or two not a problem in 8 months. We actually have it set only to beep now and she will not challenge. I would recommend owner training to the dog coupled with fence correction. Seems to drive the point home.

The PetSafe 5 Level is by far the best in keeping my two 90lb male Labs in my yard. I have 1.25 acres in the back with a 6’ fence .The Labs would go over that fence like it wasn't there. PetSafe stopped that and they now stay -happily- in the back yard.

We have a lab/pit mix that kept running through the fence on level 5 of the comfort fit collar. We have had her stubborn dog collar for two weeks now and she has not run though at all. We only have it on level two!! I think the fact that it vibrates and beeps as a warning is helping a lot compared to the old one that just beeped. We feel much better about leaving her out in the yard now. We are using the regular collar on our other pitbull who is not as strong willed as the lab/pit mix...

I have a PetSafe dog fence. It worked well for two of my dogs but my black lab kept escaping the fence. A friend told me about this collar. This stubborn dog collar solved my problem. It is a great product if you need it.
