I love the fence! My dogs used to actually jump my actual 6' fence and run away. Now they stay home and I love that I can take it with me wherever I go with them! The only reason I gave it a 4 is my dogs like to wrestle and I've broke 2 of them from them chewing on them. I wish they were a little bit stronger!!

We brought this wireless system several years ago for our Scottish Terrier,,, This system is Great but Scottie is smart, he will travel to the line and if he doesn't hear the beep then he goes to visit the neighbors.. I know him now if he starts to get close to the line I know he needs a new battery... dogs are do smart lol Keep a check on the batteries and you cant beat this system.. And you can take it with you which makes it the Best All Around...

We started using this system last Spring with our ACD/English Pointer rescue. He learned very fast and loves his freedom. Even with his Nuclear energy,"Bolt" chooses not to challenge this system. We have just rescued a 5 month old ACD/Aussie Shepard to keep Bolt company and need a new collar. Your system works very well. I have learned to look for the collar "blink" to indicate a needed battery. Bolt and Tucker (in advance) love you for their playful Freedom. I highly recommend this system for it's ease of set up,performance, price and reliability.

Love this system!! I have had this for 4 years and it keeps my Jack Russell in his yard. So much better than buried fences. With buried fences, the dog gets shocked when they try to come back in their area. PetSafe shocks while the dog is outside it's area and stops when the dog re-enters their area. It is also mobile. We take it camping and on vacation. If there is electricity, you have a safe environment for your dog. I did have to buy more flags for traveling so he would know where his area was. You can add as many dogs as you like to the system with extra collars. You can also extend the PetSafe area by adding additional monitors.

This is a great system for the average dog. It has worked well for many years. However if you have a Marmaduke, that is both cleaver and stubborn, it doesn't take long to learn that they can beat the fence if they are willing to deal with the pain for 27 seconds. After than they are free to continue roaming until they feel like coming home. One of my dogs is addicted to the newspaper guy. Every day she steals the neighbor's paper, roams the neighborhood for a half hour, then comes home to shred the paper all over the yard. The fence works for all other temptations, but that newspaper being thrown from a car is worth it for her. Need a stubborn dog collar for the wireless system.

We bought this system 9 years ago when we moved to the country. We’ve had to buy a couple extra collars due to a 2nd dog coming or going, but this is so worth the money. My dogs have never broken through the "fence" except when I forgot to change the battery. It had probably been dead about a week. Cold weather makes the batteries die faster. LOVE IT!!

Works well with longer leads for large dog.

This is the exact same collar priced for $50 more at the local pet store. It was delivered quickly so it was more than worth the wait to save the money.
