This is the same system as the MIG00-10939HW model but does not come with a wire. PetSafe's Stubborn Dog In-Ground Fence is a perfect containment system for the strong-willed dog. The vibrating receiver works well on large breeds, such as Akitas, Chows, Huskies, Labs and German Shepherds. It features five levels of correction and comes with an adjustable collar, specifically designed for hard to train dogs over 30 pounds. The Stubborn Dog receiver works with all PetSafe®, Radio Fence® and Pet Guardian® Systems but does not work with Instant Fence®.

We have this for a 20 acre area, we wouldn't buy anything else. It keeps our 2 Malamutes in very well.
