I have 6 cats and three of these litter boxes. I have tried all the automatic litter boxes but this is the best one. I have had these for 4 years. The company is also a "green" company, if you need a part they can send it to you so you don’t have to toss the whole litter box away. It’s the best, my cats love it also.

This is the third automated liter box I have owned and I am ending my search. This box has been operating flawlessly for almost 2 years. I have never had it jam up, the others' jams were a daily event.

I really like this litter box. It is convenient and quiet. It may not be big enough for a really big cat but works well for my 9 pounder. I got the Petsafe litter mat to go with it and it works well to contain the litter.
