may humungo german shepherd whom i love very much is six years old weighs 130 lbs stands over 6feet 2inches on his hind legs. i am sure you get the picture. he has had one of your doors since he was 9months old. he loves his door and more importntly i loooooove it. we have had no problems with it. until now. its time for a new dooor for him. his door is in a door that has 22 feet of hallway running space to go thru his door and many days he takes of running and wham right thru his doggie door. i thank your company for their product. we love it.

Had trouble finding the right flap replacement door at pet stores that carried your product no one could get the right one. Finally called your customer service, and talked with Nicole who took the time and did everything the right way and always called me back promptly and found the right replacement parts in a very timely manner.
