You can trade in your Invisible Fence® system, SmartDogPro®, Dog Guard®, Dog Watch®, Contain A Pet®, or PetStop® fence system for a $35.00 credit toward any of the qualifying products below. Once you have made a purchase you can send your old system in for a credit of $35.00 on your credit card or a credit toward a future purchase from ThePetStoreOnline.com. Your trade in does not have to be in working order but must include a transmitter and a receiver.

You must purchase one of the following systems from PetSafe Store,: Deluxe Radio Fence (models PRF-3004W, PRF-304W, PIG00-10777, PIG00-10673, PIG00-10674, PIG00-10773, MIG00-11013HW, MIG00-10938HW or MIG00-10939HW), PetSafe Wireless Fence (model PIF-300) or Radio Fence Plus Trainer (models MIG00-10940SW, MIG00-10940HW) pet containment systems. The Indoor Radio Fence does not qualify.

Email returns@electronicpetproducts.com for information on how to return your old system for the rebate program. Please include your name, invoice number and the system you are sending for the rebate.

You should ship your items for rebate via UPS so you have a tracking number and proof of delivery. We will issue your credit within 14 days of receiving your rebate items. In the event you ask for a refund on your purchase, the rebate will be deducted from your refund.
