Cancellation Policy

Our goal is to process your order as quickly as possible in order for you to receive your package in a timely manner. Your order may be canceled by calling 1-770-819-1471. Emailed cancellations will not be accepted. If your request to cancel your order is received after your order has been processed there is a 10% cancellation fee. Once your order enters the shipping department cancellations will not be accepted.

Refused Orders

Should you decide that you wish to refuse receipt of an item when delivered by UPS and legitimately ordered from us, credit will be issued for the item, minus full shipping charges and minus a 20% restocking fee. The credit will be issued once the item has been returned to us.
